We have access to 3 CNC laser cutters, capable of cutting up to 1" thick material, and a CNC water jet able to cut in excess of 3" steel and even more in aluminum

Full machine shop services, uses multiple tools, and various machining techniques to speed cut times to help reduce cost while maintaining a quality cut.

CNC Lathe 5-Axis Mill allows us to recreate any part that can be drawn. Perfection is a mild term for the quality that your parts will recieve.

We also outsource for any additional treatments your parts may need. We work closely with a Powdercoat/Anodize/and Plating company that handles ALL of our work. They are the BEST, and the work shows why.

CAD Designed Parts

We offer design services, using Solidworks and certain aspects of AutoCAD, we are able to recreate any parts into digital form. With this, we are able to create detailed assemblies, mock up, cycle suspension, and get a detailed glimpse and custom machined parts.

We are extending the services to our customers. and we can turn your templetes into a CAD drawing that can be laser cut, or to our machine shop and put on either a CNC lathe or mill.
